Profriends: Potential Sidelines When Living in A Subdivision

Money is a never ending issue as long as we are alive. It is hard to earn yet so easy to spend. If you are living in a subdivision like us (in PROFRIENDS Lancaster New City), you can make a few bucks through the following ideas.
Mini Sari-sari store
You don’t have to actually put up a sign. Just place your wares by a window and people will get it. It’s really effective to sell in a subdivision since some people are too lazy to go out to buy stuff. Make sure you have some stuff your competitors aren’t selling to take advantage of the market.

Softdrinks
If you don’t want to sell so much stuff, then just focus on something that people will surely intend to buy. Soft drinks are good since the Philippine climate is mostly warm and many people turn to soft drinks to quench their thirst. Filipinos also purchase liters when there are guests or a family occasion at home so better stock up and sell it to them!

Ice cream / Popsicles
Apart from cool drinks, people enjoy cool sweet treats as well! Ice cream will surely be a hit in your place especially among kids. Be sure to have the kinds that would suit the taste buds of both young and old to really reach a wide market.

Garage Sale
Why throw away some of your stuff when you can sell them instead (especially if they are still in very good condition)? The perfect place to set that up in in your neighborhood since the market there may already know who you are and may trust your word for it when you say that your wares are still good as new. Plus, it’s easier to get rid of all those unwanted stuff rather than posting and transacting online. What you can do is post about the soon-to-be-held garage sale in your online community to ensure that you’re market will appear on the said date.

Pet or Babysitting Job
Since you are living within the community, you can offer pet sitting or babysitting jobs (long as you really know how to care for pets and babies). You can give a per hour rate. Tell your clients to tell others about your service so that you can get more potential clients and reap in the bucks.

School Supplies Store
Like what I said earlier, you don’t need to put up a sign. Just display your wares or tell people about it. Selling school or office supplies is a good idea since there are times when neighbor might immediately need a permanent marker, scotch tape, gift wrappers, staples, and more.

Printing Service
You got an awesome printer? Why now make money out of it? Not all homes have their own printers and trust me, people will surely flock you once you set up this service since they can print important office documents and school work within the confines of the village. Offer photo printing services as well and rake in the profit!

How about you guys? Do you have some moneymaking ideas you wish to share? Just comment below! :D
