ProFriends: What I Want To See at Lancaster Square and SunTech IT Park

Lancaster New City’s (PRO FRIENDS) Lancaster Square is said to feature shops namely Petformance, Studio KYS, Artista Salon, Fit & Fab Wellness Center, Gabriel Archangel Learning Center, Chapter and Pages, Lady Christine’s Baby Back Ribs, Bofiya, Ice Cream House, Bean and Butter Cafe, Lots-a-Pizza, Bayad Center, and The Generics Pharmacy (from lancastercavite.com).

These are great choices. Bayad Center is very convenient and of course, The Generics Pharmacy. But I do hope LBC or other courier services would be available, too. I use their services whenever I sell something online. Also, I hope to see more restaurant or food establishments like McDonald’s (who doesn’t love their fries??), KFC (kung pao chicken please!), and Subway (because fattening food can be sickening sometimes).

Wellcome Supermarket will be established as well and this is definitely great but PureGold would be a nicer choice since they have lower prices compared to Robinson’s or SM. Maybe I should suggest these to PCFI, huh? Haha! I wonder what other establishments would be there… It’s a bit exciting now that I think about it.

SunTech iPark
So far, the only update for SunTech IT Park or rather, SunTech iPark is that 4000 seats will be available at the end of the year for call center hiring which is occurring right now (from pinoyexchange.com). It really would be an IT/BPO hub. I wonder if famous companies like Sykes, Teletech, and Convergys would establish there as well? Or maybe popular tech companies like Apple, Samsung, Sony, Nokia, etc?

According to the website, “ProFriends and the PLDT Group have signed an agreement where PLDT commits to install, maintain and operate the telecom facilities and equipment in Suntech iPark. This includes the Next Generation Network (NGN), a facility which will provide faster and reliable voice and broadband services in terms of coverage.

PLDT has already laid down fibre optic wirings in Lancaster New City, and the technology is expected to speed up the transmission of voice, data and video over the internet with a much higher bandwidth for the fixed line network. Eventually, this will also be the technology to be made available in Suntech iPark and LNC’s commercial hub, the Lancaster Square.”

Also stated on the website “ProFriends partnered with LRA Pacific Management Group, a support service provider, to help plan, develop and market Suntech iPark.”
Wow! I really think this business project would push through since telecom giant PLDT has already joined the bandwagon.

I am still enjoying home-based work but I might try to apply there if I get sick of home-based or just want to try a different job. I could have a part-time home-based work during days off then. The SunTech iPark website already has an in-domain search job posting but I guess it is still being developed or under maintenance: http://jobs.suntechipark.com/

They have social media accounts, too: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn

Finally, I just wonder if non-PCFI homeowners would get to access SunTech iPark and Lancaster Square… Could they enroll at St. Edward Integrated School, too?
