I often talk about myself, my family, and our home in Lancaster New
City (it’s my blog anyway, haha). This time, I would like to dedicate a post
towards Lancaster (project of Property Company of Friends Inc / PROFRIENDS). I have friends who ask
me about living there, the place, the home units, etc. so here’s a post for it!

Lancaster New City was formerly known as Lancaster Estates. Because the
subdivision is so huge (1,200+ hectares), it has potential to be a city in
itself with many homes and amenities being built – Lancaster Square, Leighton
Hall, Church of the Holy Family, St. Edward Integrated School, SunTech IT Park.
The place covers Imus, Kawit, and Gen. Trias, making it the most accessible
Pro-Friends project accessible to Manila.
7 model units are available at Lancaster NC. They have different prices
and size (sqm).

understand that investing/buying a new home is no joke so we always ask a lot
of things or details to really know how we’ll be able to achieve it and how worthy
it really is.
I can relate since we are not rich and we strived to buy an Alice unit
here at LNC. So far, living here is fine. There are times when we miss our
friends in Manila though but we are also satisfied with each other’s company
(my mom and sister). Hope our friends can visit us soon!
