PRO-FRIENDS: What Not To Do at Lancaster New City

There is so much freedom in PRO-FRIENDS’ (Property Company of Friends Inc.) Lancaster New City. The spacious housing project by Profriends offers a breathable environment where both young and old can delight in the LNC outdoor amenities and the indoor coziness of the LNC homes. The stylish yet affordable homes offer a relaxing living experience to its residents. The place is secured and private so LNC is a comfort zone. But too much comfort may unknowingly cause annoyance to other residents. What “comfort” you may ask. Well, here are some examples of things that are allowed but can bother your neighbors.
Band practice is not a crime. It is needed in order to perfect your skills and performance. But there are certain places that are perfect for such activity and Lancaster New City is not one of them. It is not officially prohibited but you should consider that Lancaster is a peaceful community. People decided to live there because of the tranquil ambiance. Not everyone may understand your predicament or appreciate your efforts to improve so take your practice elsewhere. Rent a studio or garage for your band practice.

Assess yourself and your family. Try to restrain your loud bickering and quarrels since it will surely disturb neighbors. It can be embarrassing, too. It should be private but your rowdiness turns it into a public show. Remember, the one who’s the loudest is not the winner so no need to raise your voice.

Loud drinking is another bothersome thing. It is not against the law to share a few drinks in your home but keep it classy. Do not be boisterous. Having fun is not prohibited but keep noise at minimum to avoid conflicts or resentment from neighbors.

Watching movies is another relaxing thing to do. But for neighbors who can hear your movie watching, it is not relaxing at all. A nice surround sound audio system is awesome, but only for those watching. Be sure that your entertainment room is soundproof to avoid bothering neighbors enjoying the peacefulness of the village. This applies to playing games as well. Wear a headset if you enjoy playing with loud SFX.

Another thing is avoid being a litterbug. This not only applies to Lancaster New City but to wherever you go. It’s unsightly and it can cause a flood-free zone to become flooded eventually. It is not hard to pocket your trash first and discard it once you chance upon a trash bin, right? No matter how small that litter is, it would still add up or amount to something greater over time. Maintain Lancaster New City clean and green to preserve the beautiful environment and convenient lifestyle is offers.

Observe courtesy. Do not let your children randomly wander into another person’s property. Although people can be kind to kids, it is still bothersome to them and embarrassing to you when kids suddenly break something. Plus, kids may be injured or lost when you do not keep a keen eye on them.

The protagonist Wall-E is a diligent robot that awed viewers with his story.

It is a fun adventure that won many awards and hearts of viewers.

St. Edward Integrated School – PRO-FRIENDS’ First Educational Institution Development

Property developer PRO-FRIENDS (Property Company of Friends Inc.) is popularly known for developing houses and communities. But to further bring convenience to its Lancaster New City and the rest of its Cavite projects’ homeowners, it has built St. Edward Integrated School.

It was named after St. Edward the Confessor, “known to be pious and unworldly, was the only king of England who became a saint. Choosing a saint of English lineage is in keeping with the Britannia or English countryside theme of Lancaster New City (source: homeprovider.ph).”

The school’s emblem is green to stand for the PRO-FRIENDS’ corporate color. The star with six points at the center signifies celestial goodness and nobility. This represents St. Edward’s high standards of discipline and morality. The crest signifies honor & readiness of the school to serve the public.  The crown on top of the crest is actually St. Edward’s crown which represents his prominent example in the development of the students in the community. The 2 fronds of laurel signify the quest for quality, Christian education.

Catholic in character, the school envisions itself to be a learning institution that transforms lives by nurturing minds to realize dreams and potentials of the youth into becoming individuals with integrity imbued with Christian values in the service of the society.

On the other hand, the school’s mission is to become humble tribute to God while manifesting the ideals of St. Edward. The school also promotes quality human and Christian education to the youth and the disadvantaged through the provision of a healthy learning environment.

The said school was also established as a manifestation of Profriends’ PRO-EDUCATION corporate social responsibility. The company highly values education since it is the root of many things like personality development, skill development, and moral development of an individual. As much as it can, Pro Friends reach out to where education needs to be present.

The school was launched in 2012 and is supervised by the Lasallian Schools Supervision Office (part of the Lasallian Schools Supervision Services Association Inc.). It offers its services to Kinders 1-2, Grades 1-4, and 1st to 2nd year highschool students.

Green and white colors filled the main building of the St. Edward Integrated School (SEIS) during its inauguration and blessing last April 14, 2012. The school’s blessing and inauguration was attended by representatives from the Department of Education, Lasallian Schools Supervision Office (LASSO), Pro-friends executives and officers, and SEIS Board of Trustees, officers and staff.” (source: philstar.com)

Just this year, the school was bestowed with a new 4-storey building that houses 32 classrooms, speech lab, mini-auditorium, cafeteria, computer laboratory, and computer hardware servicing laboratory.

Non-profriends projects residents may also enroll their children in the Lasallian School. Apart from the St. Edward Integrated School, the commercial developments Lancaster Square and SunTech iPark are also accessible to both PCFI and non-PCFI homeowners. These commercial projects are also located in Cavite, near Lancaster New City.
