Lancaster is becoming famous when it comes to affordable new homes. But
who are the people behind it? Property
Company of Friends, Inc. or commonly known as PRO-Friends is a Philippine
property developer that has delivered 52 projects in 13 years. Heard about
Bellefort Estates and Carmona Estates? PRO-Friends is also the one behind those
projects.
These projects can be found within Cavite since Metro Manila is already
crowded. What used to be agricultural land has turned into residential land so
residents or buyers don’t have to fear of reclaimed land and the sort. Through SLEX, Cavite is
very accessible through and from the metro especially Makati and Taguig (urban
cities of the Souther Manila).
Recently, the Lancaster
Square was introduced. The commercial square is said to offer residents and
guests accessibility to various establishments like payment centers, salons and
spas, clinics, supermarket, restaurants, and so on.

This suburban place offers 7 types of model houses in order to fit the
family’s / buyer’s needs and budget.
PRO FRIENDS
The company states on their website that PRO-FRIENDS “is one of the
fastest growing property developers in the Philippines.” Beginning with home-building
for small pocket developments, the company soon delved into medium-rise
condominiums and townhouses. Currently, it is now developing communities (very
huge projects) in order to utilize the available land in Cavite (Manila is very
crowded so I think this was a good move).
My Thoughts
PRO-Friends’ payment scheme just don’t appeal to some people. For us
(my sister and I), we’re okay with it. It’s not too drastic especially since we
can lean on SSS and PAG-IBIG. We have a reliable contact
person, too. I hope others may find a reliable contact person, too, so that we
can all grow into a bigger community. J Hey! We might become neighbors! We’d love to have
